Sanctuary Dogs
From time to time, we will come across a dog that, after a thorough veterinary evaluation, is not a good candidate for adoption. Because we commit ourselves and our resources to every dog we bring into the rescue, the only option we have is to give the dog a safe, loving home in which to live out the remainder of its life comfortably - however long that may be. In these cases, we would like to offer individuals the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these specific dogs by becoming a sponsor. In return for monthly support, the sponsor will receive regular updates of the dog they are sponsoring, including pictures. Sponsors may contribute in what ever amount they choose for as long as they choose. We will post Sanctuary Dogs on our News page. Please send us an e-mail request when you see a Sanctuary Dog you would like to sponsor.
About Us
The Old Dog House is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity. We rely solely on the generosity of the individuals in our community for assistance in furthering our mission to give older and senior dogs a second, sometimes third, chance at living out their lives in dignity.
